New York comes to Groningen
The Jazz Department of the Prince Claus Conservatoire offers a unique Jazz Program: New York comes to Groningen. Appr. 100 students from 24 countries. 9 majors: bass, sax, drums, trumpet, vocals, trombone, piano, guitar. 8 New York based teachers each stay for one week in Groningen according to a rotation schedule. Students receive some courses from the regular teachers, other courses from the New Yorkers and some classes from both. |
