Artist: Dulfer

Dutch saxofonist Hans Dulfer is beyond introduction in most European countries. And who is not familiar with his fenomenal successes in Japan where he scored big time with Big Boy: three golden CD's, Top Ten ratings in the charts and his tours over there gathered huge audiences "that had no clue as to what type of act 'Dulfel' was, but he made a lasting impression on his young, pop oriented audience" his bio states. After this he released Dig! which was also very succesfull.

Long before all this Dulfer had already impressed several generations of music lovers as a saxofonist and bandleader in the Netherlands and beyond, and still does! You can catch him before a small enthoustastic audience in a jazzclub anywhere in Holland or at his favorite Jazzcafé Alto Amsterdam, at a spectaculair gig with Dance DJ's in a "hot" club or popstage, at almost every Dutch jazzfestival or at the big festivals like North Sea Jazz and Lowlands.
